What I offer
In a nutshell, I offer three things: Coaching for individuals focused on helping you make meaningful changes in a way that feels right; Action learning facilitation supporting groups; Workshops to help develop teams and individuals.
An effective coach listens, asks questions, and helps you see things differently. They’ll help you discover your own answers, rather than just telling you what to do.
One of the cool things about coaching is that it’s tailored to your needs. Whether you want to improve your skills, change your mindset, or achieve a specific goal, coaching is designed to fit your unique situation. It’s all about unlocking your potential and helping you become the best version of yourself.
Coaching can happen in different ways and I work both in person and online. The key is the relationship between you and your coach. There needs to be trust, respect, and open communication. With that in mind I’ll always offer a short introductory meeting so you can find out whether I’m the right person to work with.
As well as working with individuals I am a trained Action Learning Set facilitator and experienced in group facilitation in a range of contexts. My third offering is group workshops. I bring extensive experience delivering a range of workshops to all sorts of teams. The workshops are all about helping individuals and teams work better together through developing their resilience . The’re always tailored to the needs of the group meaning each is unique. Action Learning Set & Group Facilitation
Action Learning Sets are a group of 5-7 people who come together to find practical ways of addressing the ‘real life’ challenges they face, and to support their own learning and development.
Set members are encouraged to find their own solutions through a structured process of insightful questioning combined with a balance of support and challenge from the group.
I can provide action learning sets as a one off high impact session or as part of a rolling programme where set members learn to facilitate each other.
Group Workshops
I offer a selection of workshops with an emphasis on helping individuals understand themselves and those they work with better.
Workshops are always interactive and draw on creative approaches to help participants explore ideas in ways that will connect.
These are tailored to meet the needs of your team or organisation meaning that no two workshops are the same.
I can provide a range of workshops either as a one off or part of a package to help grow your teams skills, confidence and ultimately, resilience.
